Procedure for handling leakage in ball valve

If the leak cannot be stopped, the early injection of sealing grease may harden and the sealing surface may be damaged, resulting in internal leakage. At this time, it is recommended to inject valve cleaning solution to clean the sealing surface and seat of the valve. Generally, impregnation is at least 30 minutes, if necessary, impregnation for a few hours to a few days, and then the following treatment is carried out after all the cured material is dissolved. It is best to open and close the valve several times during this process.
